Adam was a cheeky chappy, a much loved son, brother, grandson and friend to many. Aged 11, he was overcome by Bacterial Meningitis and passed away in 2003 with his family by his side. Adam's fight was inspirational though the sadest moment of our lives. We vowed to continue his fight, raise awareness of the disease and raise money for the charity that gave us vital support .
